August is the busy season at Lake Toxaway so we encourage you to make your reservations for accommodations&nbsp;as soon as possible once your travel plans are confirmed.

220 Greystone Ln, Lake Toxaway, NC 28747, USA(828) 966-4700 The Greystone Inn is adjacent to the Lake Toxaway Country Club, right on Lake Toxaway. Built in 1915 and repeatedly awarded as one of the top hotels in the South, This will be the site of our Welcome Party on Friday night, and is a two minute walk to the ceremony and reception location on Saturday night. The Greystone has 30 rooms available and a variety of room sizes from ~$599-$779 per night, and also has individual home rentals.Staying at The Greystone includes Lake Toxaway Country Club privileges. Black Bear Lodge

The Black Bear Lodge has eight rooms available for $225 per night. Transportation will be provided from the Black Bear Lodge on Friday and Saturday. Please make your reservation by June 7, 2026. The Brook Trout Inn

19259 Rosman Hwy, Sapphire, NC 28774(828) 273-3700 The Brook Trout Inn is also about a 10 minute drive from Lake Toxaway Country Club, across from the Black Bear Lodge and has 17 rooms available from $199 - $299 per night.&nbsp;Transportation will be provided from the Brook Trout Inn on Friday and Saturday. Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers-Sapphire Valley

3245 US Highway 64 East, Sapphire, NC 28774&nbsp;(828)-743-4545 This hotel is 22 minutes (12 miles) from Lake Toxaway Country Club. The room rates are $224.00 plus tax for Standard 2 Queens or Standard King. Check in is at 4:00 pm, and check out is at 11:00 am. Getting to Lake Toxaway

Lake Toxaway is located between Brevard, NC and Cashiers, NC. The closest airport is the Asheville Regional Airport (40 miles | 1 hr drive ) Other airports include: Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (72 miles | 1.75 hours) Charlotte Douglas International Airport (135 miles | 2.5-3 hr drive) Atlanta International Airport (160 miles | 3.5 hours) If you're flying in, rental cars are highly recommended for the weekend so you can explore the surrounding area. Ubers and Lyfts are very limited and unreliable. Transportation to and from the welcome party and wedding will be provided from the hotels with room blocks as well as homes within the Lake Toxaway Community. If you are staying somewhere other than one of the hotels or houses within the community listed under Accommodations page, we highly suggest renting a car or scheduling transportation below for the weekend events. The Greystone Inn Restaurant &amp; Mansion Bar: Delicious and convenient lake-side option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (Reservations required) Grand Olde Station: Flatbreads, burgers, and a great outdoor setting for drinks (Reservations highly recommended) Osteria Del Monte: Delicious family run Italian restaurant. Located right near the Black Bear Lodge and Brook Trout Inn. (Reservations highly recommended) Los Vaqueros: Mexican food located right next to Toxaway Falls Villa Amato - Casual pizza and pasta restaurant&nbsp; Panthertown Cafe: Great option for breakfast and lunch&nbsp; Sweetwater Perk and Creamery: Coffee and ice cream Historic Toxaway Market: Head here for wine and picnic supplies!

Hiking & Adventure

Some of the best hiking in the south is located near Lake Toxaway! Below are some of our favorite trails.&nbsp;The Greystone Inn also offers guided hikes and can provide trail suggestions for guests. There are also options for horse back riding, white water rafting, and fly fishing in the area. Schoolhouse Falls:&nbsp;Relatively easy 2 mile round trip hike to a nice waterfall and swimming pool Toxaway River Trail to Raven Rock Falls - 3 mile moderately difficult hike with back and forth across the Toxaway River.&nbsp; Bring your hiking boots - you will get wet! Rainbow Falls at Gorges State Park: Moderately difficult 4 mile round trip hike ascends to a 150 ft waterfall.&nbsp; Panthertown Wilderness Area: There are tons of trails within Panthertown. Just be sure to bring a map - the area can be notoriously confusing and an easy place to get lost.

Greystone Boat ToursWedding guests staying at the Greystone Inn will be able to tour Lake Toxaway for free onboard the Greystone's historic boat, the Miss Lucy II.Tours will take you around the lake for about an hour, and are a great way to learn about the history of Lake Toxaway. Make sure&nbsp;to bring a beverage with you from the Greystone's bar!Tours will be available on Friday at 5 PM and Saturday at 11 AM. The boat can carry 10 guests.
